Course Fee Structures

B Sc in Engineering:

The Course Fee Structure for admission in B.Sc in Engineering Programs under Rajshahi University for Bangladeshi students during the academic year 2016-2017 is as follows:

1.	B.Sc in Civil Engineering
2.	B.Sc in Electrical & 
	Electronic Engineering
3.	B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
4.	B.Sc in Industrial & Production
	Engineering
5.	B.Sc in Textile Engineering
6.	B.Sc in Computer Science 
	& Engineering
       (4 Years = 8 Semesters)

*Include the cost of Prospectus, Admission Form, Admission Fee, University Registration Fee, College Fee Book, Tie & Shoulder Badge, Identity & Library Cards, Name Plate & Sweater.

Note:

1. Exam Fees: Examination Fees as determined by Rajshahi University will have to be paid which may be Tk 6000/- – Tk 7000/- in every semester.
2. Total course fee including examination fee in 04 years will be around Tk 3,50,000/-.
3. Counting of semester will start from the date of starting of class of that semester.
4. Deposited fees are not refunded if admission is cancelled after having been admitted.
5. Subject to availability of seat fresh admission will have to be taken in case of migration from one curriculum to another. Deposited fees are not adjusted for such migration.

Merit Scholarship:

A student will get a merit scholarship @ Tk 1000/- per month subject to fulfilling the following requirements:

• a student having a minimum GPA 4.80 (excluding the GP of additional subject) in HSC or CGPA 3.84 in Diploma in Engineering will get merit scholarship in 1^st semester.
• a student having a minimum YGPA 3.84 & 90% class attendance will get merit scholarship in 2^nd & subsequent years. A student having referred in any subject will not come under the purview of merit scholarship.

General Scholarship:

A student will get a general scholarship @ Tk 800/- per month subject to fulfilling the following requirements:

• a student having a minimum GPA 4.50 (excluding the GP of additional subject) in HSC or CGPA 3.60 in Diploma in Engineering will get general scholarship in 1^st semester.
• a student having a minimum YGPA 3.60 & 90% class attendance will get general scholarship in 2^nd & subsequent years. A student having referred in any subject will not come under the purview of general scholarship.

Admission Fee Waiver (At the time of admission):

In case of HSC/Diploma in Engineering

• GPA 5.00/CGPA 4.00 = Tk 5,000/-
• GPA 4.75/CGPA 3.80 to <GPA 5.00/CGPA 4.00 = Tk 4,500/-
• GPA 4.50/CGPA 3.60 to <GPA 4.75/CGPA 3.80 = Tk 4,000/-

Discount in Admission Fees:

1. 50% discount for sibling.
2. 50% discount for tribal.
3. 50% discount for students passing Diploma in Engg either from BCMC or BTC.

Note: No student can enjoy more than 01 benefit from waiver & discount in admission fees.

Diploma in Engineering:

The Course Fee Structures of Diploma in Engineering Program under BTEB, Dhaka during the academic year 2016-2017 are as follows:

* Admission, Registration & Other fees include the cost of Prospectus, Admission Form, Admission Fee, Board Registration Fee, College Fee Book, Tie & Shoulder Badge, Identity & Library Cards, Name Plate and Sweater.

Note :
1. Semester final Examination fees as determined by BTEB will have to be paid to BTEB and Class Tests Fees are to be paid to the college.
2. Tuition Fees will have to be paid for 04 years from July 2018 to June 2022.
3. Deposited fees are not refunded if admission is cancelled after having been admitted.
4. Fresh admission will have to be taken in case of migration from one technology to another. Deposited fees are not adjusted for such migration.

Merit Scholarship:

A student will get a merit scholarship @ Tk 1000/- per month subject to fulfilling the following requirements:

• a student having a minimum GPA 4.80 (excluding the GP of additional subject) in SSC will get merit scholarship in 1^st semester.
• a student having a minimum GPA 3.84 & 90% class attendance will get merit scholarship in 2^nd & subsequent semesters. A student having referred in any subject will not come under the purview of merit scholarship.

A student will get a general scholarship @ Tk 800/- per month subject to fulfilling the following requirements:

• a student having a minimum GPA 4.50 (excluding the GP of additional subject) in SSC will get general scholarship in 1^st semester.
• a student having a minimum GPA 3.60 & 90% class attendance will get general scholarship in 2^nd & subsequent semesters. A student having referred in any subject will not come under the purview of general scholarship.

Discount in Admission Fees

1. 50% discount for securing GPA 5.00 in SSC or equivalent examination
2. 50% discount for sibling
3. 50% discount for tribal

Note: No student can enjoy more than 01 benefit

Certificate Courses:

The Course Fee Structures of Certificate Courses under BTEB, Dhaka during the academic year 2016-2017 are as follows:

Note :
1. Course fee is payable at the time of admission.
2. Student will have to pay examination fee @ Tk 200/-
3. Certificates are issued by BTEB, Dhaka.
4. Classes are held after college hours on selected days & times between 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

Foreign Language Training Courses:

The BCMC Foreign Language Club operates 08 Foreign Language Training Courses. The Course Fee Structures of these courses during the academic year 2016-2017 are as follows:

2. Certificates are issued by BCMC Foreign Language Club.
3. Classes are held after college hours on selected days & times between 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
